Overview
Autumn Lane Estate sits on a 20+ acre property overlooking scenic Sebago Lake. A unique space for a wedding ceremony and reception, the craftsman barn was constructed with an open floor plan and high ceilings, filling your occasion with natural light and elegance. The side of the barn opens to a courtyard area ideal for cocktail hour, music and games. Off the back of the barn is a large grass courtyard surrounded by a 6′ stone wall and cascading waterfall. A perfect spot for a tented dinner for larger weddings. Exchange your vows a few steps away from the barn in the wedding field with a backdrop of the lake, rolling hills or surrounding woods.
Your wedding stay can accommodate up to 50 guests, and up to four-nights lodging in the couples cottage, estate house and guest cabins. Guests can be accommodated in lodging units as you choose, including in the new cabin community in the Nest Resort space. Guest rental of the cabins includes 10 private cabins and access to the resort common areas. Guests staying on the property also have access to the private section of sandy beach on Sebago Lake.
Your rental package also includes the use of the couples cottage, a new modern getaway with a large master bedroom and bath and a porch overlooking Sebago Lake. It also includes a great room equipped for the wedding party to get ready for the big event! The estate house is the perfect gathering place for family and friends to stay and relax on the property. At the base of Autumn Lane Estate is our Bluebird beach cottage with accommodations for 4 guests, this beachfront cottage, originally built in 1931 as the honeymoon cottage, was recently renovated with modern amenities, a backyard perfect for small get togethers and grill-outs. Through the entrance to the gate around the beach cottage, all guests staying on the property have access to a 150' private section of sandy beach on Sebago Lake complete with paddle-boards, a boat mooring and dock for your use.

The barn is truly a blank slate that can be customized to fit your wedding vision. With a fully open floor plan, high ceilings and barn doors that open to the lake view in front and the grass courtyard and waterfall out back it’s the perfect gathering space to celebrate with friends and family!
The Nest (Resort Space)
A brilliant blend of Pacific and Maine design styles, the newly constructed resort space feels like being transported to a different time and place. The resort can accommodate up to 100 guests for events. Access to cabin lodging via floating boardwalk, eating and imbibing in the cafe, catching up with friends and family, swimming in the natural pool, relaxing and star-gazing, all contained in one space.
Estate Elements
The Estate House
The estate house is an ideal spot for the wedding party or family to stay on site for the wedding weekend! With a modern farmhouse vibe, there is plenty of space to get ready and hang out on the big day! The house has 4+ bedrooms, 3 baths and two convertible couches to sleep 12 and includes an outdoor shower and hot tub. The wraparound porch and master balcony are great spaces for morning coffee and wedding photos!
The Couple's Cottage
Designed with a modern camp spa style the couples cottage has high ceilings, white washed pine walls and plenty of windows providing soft natural light. Designed and built specifically with wedding couples in mind the cottage great room has lots of space for the wedding party to get ready, a salon bar, full kitchen and additional lofted sleeping space for the wedding party the night before the wedding.
After the big day, wake up in the master to the lake view, have some coffee on your private patio or relax in the modern soaking tub. Add on extra night for a romantic mini-moon.
Beach Cottage (Bluebird)
Built in 1931 and fully renovated in 2022, Bluebird beach cottage is a very unique accommodation; light and airy inside with more than 150ft of sandy Sebago shorefront steps away from the cottage to enjoy. The cottage features a modern kitchen and bathroom, two well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate, a living room, and breakfast bar to take in the morning sunset and moonrises throughout the wedding weekend. The backyard is a dream for entertaining. Surrounded by antique wall, decorative fencing, hydrangeas and cedar trees, you'll have your own private space to enjoy being as close to the lake as possible. The outdoor patio has dusk to dawn lighting, a stone bar, dining space, heated outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming, and lots of beach and patio seating for entertaining.
Guest Cabins
Autumn Lane Estate’s newest addition includes 10 new guest cabins and surrounding resort space. All cabins include a private bedroom and bath, plus a common room with kitchenette. 5 one bedroom cabins walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk and include one bedroom with a queen bed and a small futon in the common room to sleep 2-3 guests. 5 two bedroom cabins are set a bit higher on the ridge and include one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with either a full or twin bunks and a pull out queen couch in the common room to sleep 4-6 guests.
